Admission Procedure & Criteria

Admissions at H. S. High School are transparent, non-discriminatory, and purely based on merit and seat availability.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pre-Nursery: 2 yrs & 6 months on/before 31st March.
• Class 1st: Complete 5 yrs on/before 31st March.
• Subsequent Classes: 1 year addition henceforth.

Inquiry & Registration

Parents can submit the online inquiry form or visit the school desk on Abohar Road, Muktsar (about 3 km from local bus stand) to collect registration details.

Documentation & Fee Submission

Upon approval, submit prescribed documents and fee instalments (quarterly schedule) to confirm admission.

Documents Required for Admission

Please ensure the following verified documents are ready at the time of admission confirmation:

✓ A copy of the birth certificate as issued by the competent authorities.
✓ Four recent passport size photographs.
✓ Latest report card / marks sheet from the school in which the child was studying.
✓ Transfer Certificate (TC) issued by previous school and countersigned by affiliation authorities.
✓ Any other relevant document (Aadhaar Card / Category certificate if applicable).

Fee Regulations

Collected in 4 quarterly instalments: 1st Qtr (Apr-Jun) by 10th Apr; 2nd Qtr (Jul-Sep) by 10th Jul; 3rd Qtr (Oct-Dec) by 10th Oct; 4th Qtr (Jan-Mar) by 10th Jan. Rebate of Rs. 500/- for full year payment. 25% tuition fee concession for real brother/sister. Late fine Rs. 50/- after 10th.

Dress Code

School Uniform

Prescribed uniform pattern is placed in the school lobby. Parents can buy uniform from anywhere. On activity day (Monday), students wear their designated House dress.
